Terms of service
1. Seller, scope and language
The seller is Robin Alberty, Fuchsstraße 2, 65187 Wiesbaden, Deutschland, email hello@korvayne.com. These terms apply to Kept in Pages. Contract languages are German and English; the version selected during checkout governs. Purchases are restricted to adults.
2. Order and contract
The product, personalisation, total price, delivery restriction and payment method are shown before the order becomes payable. Pressing the clearly labelled payment button submits a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send electronic confirmation after verified payment. Input errors can be corrected in the project and on Stripe’s payment page before payment.
3. Service and customer review
We create a personalised digital book and, where selected, a personalised printed book from customer-supplied material. Customers review quality warnings, uncertain content, book details and the complete print proof. No physical book is submitted to production without approval.
Print colour, paper and trim may differ slightly from a screen for technical reasons. Artwork is not redrawn generatively; necessary crop, orientation, white-balance and layout adjustments remain conservative.
4. Rights in content
You retain your rights and grant us a simple, purpose-limited licence for the time necessary to review, produce, support, print and deliver the order. You confirm that you hold the required rights and permissions and will not upload unlawful material.
5. Prices and payment
Displayed prices are total euro prices plus delivery shown before payment. No VAT is charged or shown under the German small-business rule in section 19 UStG. Stripe processes payments. An order is paid only after verified payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
At launch, physical products are delivered only to addresses in Germany. Delivery periods are estimates and begin after payment, processing and approval of the print proof. Tracking appears in the project when available.
7. Defects and liability
Statutory consumer remedies apply. Please report production or transit damage promptly with the order reference and suitable evidence so that we can arrange a reprint, remedy or refund. This does not limit statutory rights.
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to typical foreseeable loss. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
8. Dispute resolution and law
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer dispute resolution before a German consumer arbitration body. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence remains unaffected. Otherwise German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
