Refunds and problems
Before production
Contact us immediately. Before personalised production begins, cancellation is often possible, but there is no entitlement unless a statutory withdrawal right applies.
Faulty or damaged delivery
Statutory remedies for defects apply. Report production or transit damage to hello@korvayne.com with the order reference and suitable photographs. We will promptly assess reprint, repair, replacement or refund. An error visible in an approved print proof may be treated differently from a production defect.
Refund method
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time.
