Personalised print products
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for printed books individually made from your selected images, text and design choices under section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code. Statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.
Digital content
A separately ordered digital download generally carries a 14-day withdrawal right. During checkout you expressly request performance before that period ends and acknowledge that the right expires when performance begins. We confirm this agreement with the order on a durable medium.
How to withdraw where a right exists
Send a clear statement to Robin Alberty, Fuchsstraße 2, 65187 Wiesbaden, Deutschland, email hello@korvayne.com. You may write: “I withdraw from my contract for [product], ordered on [date], name and address, date.” Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
