Let your child choose a drawing they feel proud of. It needn't be the newest or the neatest.
A drawing with a story
Which one reminds you of a trip, a person or a funny explanation? Tell each other the story behind it.
One you want to keep
Perhaps a first stick figure or an unusually coloured rainbow. Choose something that matters to you.
Keep the originals. You don't need to throw anything away, post it to us or share it publicly.
2. Five quick photo checks
- One sheet per photo: lay the drawing flat.
- Use even daylight without harsh shadows or glare.
- Hold your phone as parallel to the paper as possible.
- Keep every edge visible so none of the drawing is missing.
- Zoom in briefly: are the lines sharp and the colours clear?
3. See your drawings in a book
