1. Print & cut out

   Use A4 portrait at 100% or fit to page. Turn off browser headers and footers. An adult can help cut out the cards.

2. Listen & write

   Ask: “What would you like to tell me about your picture?” Write down the answer. Name and date are optional; a nickname is enough.

3. Display & keep

   Place the card beside the drawing without sticking anything to the original. Later, keep it in the folder or use it to caption your book.

There are no online fields or uploads. Write on paper; your stories stay with you.
